This website is operated by BYSKYBOX. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and contributors.

Custom-Made Products

All items sold by BYSKYBOX are custom-made and personalized. Because each product is created specifically for the customer, all sales are final.

Customer-Provided Photos & Personalization Responsibility

All personalized products are produced exactly according to the photo, text, and placement submitted by the customer during checkout.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • The uploaded photo is correct, final, and high enough quality
  • The placement, cropping, zoom, and orientation selected during customization are intentional
  • Any mistakes caused by incorrect uploads, low‑quality images, or misplacement are the customer’s responsibility
  • We do not adjust, edit, or reposition customer-provided images unless clearly requested before production begins

We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for personalization errors made by the customer.

Order Processing & Production Time

Production time is typically 2–4 business days. This may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volume.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on carrier volume and regional conditions.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Free replacements are offered only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Production errors

Customer mistakes are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

    Bulk Orders

    Bulk or event orders are available upon request. Customers must contact us before placing a bulk order to confirm details, pricing, and production timelines.

    Intellectual Property

    All designs, product layouts, and content on this website are the property of BYSKYBOX. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

    Accuracy of Information

    We do our best to ensure all product information is accurate. However, occasional errors in pricing, availability, or descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders affected by such inaccuracies.

    Modifications to Service and Prices

    Prices for our products may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

    ⚠️SAFETY NOTICE: We design our products with families in mind, and they are perfect for creative activities. To ensure a safe and fun experience, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

    Family Supervision: We strongly recommend that children (especially under age 3) and pets interact with our products only under close adult supervision.

    Age Recommendation: Our products are intended for decorative use by adults and children aged 12+ and above. They are NOT toys and are not suitable for infants or young children.

    ⚠️Product Integrity and Choking Hazard:

    Please be aware that products may break, tear, detach, or separate into smaller pieces. These products or their components could pose a potential choking hazard if swallowed.
    This product, including its individual components, magnets, and all packaging materials (such as bags, keychains, ties, or inserts), may contain small parts. These items pose a severe choking hazard if swallowed or inhaled. Furthermore, if magnets or magnet fragments are swallowed, they can attract each other through intestinal walls, leading to serious internal injuries, infections, or death. Keep all products, detached parts, and packaging materials away from children and pets at all times. Seek immediate medical attention if any part of the product or packaging is swallowed or inhaled.

    Safe Handling: Our custom products and magnets may have pointed corners or edges. Please handle them with care to avoid any minor injuries.

    Creative Use: Our products are intended for decorative and creative purposes. Please ensure they are placed securely on your chosen surfaces.

    Disclaimer of Liability: By purchasing from BYSKYBOX, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with the use, handling, and display of our products. Byskybox is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages (direct or indirect) resulting from the use, unsupervised use, or improper handling of our products.

    Prohibited Uses

    You may not use our products or website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

    Limitation of Liability

    BYSKYBOX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
    Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BYSKYBOX’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

    Governing Law 

    These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
