Every item in our shop is made with care, one by one. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or periods of high order volume.

Yes. Everything you see in our shop is designed, crafted, and finished by hand. We treat each piece like a small gift — thoughtful, personal, and made with intention.

How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and seasonal volume.

What is your return policy?
We take great care in creating each item especially for your order. Because everything is made to order, we’re unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

However, your experience matters to us.
If your item arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We’ll make sure the issue is resolved quickly and that you’re well taken care of.

All orders are prepared and shipped from Florida.
