Refund policy
All items are custom-made and therefore non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
We offer free replacements only for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
- Production errors
Customer mistakes (wrong personalization details) are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
